Las Vegas Market announced another round of robust leasing gains, further boosting the quantity and quality of furniture, home décor and gift resources to be presented at the upcoming Winter Market, running from Sunday, January 18, through Thursday, January 22, 2015. Among highlights of the most recent additions to Las Vegas Market are increased numbers of specialty tabletop, better home décor, boutique accessories and leading furniture suppliers.

Las Vegas Market continues its explosive growth in furniture, gift and home décor leasing, with an increasing variety of new permanent showroom tenants. “Winter highlights will include the ‘soft launch’ of the new C5 permanent showroom floor for high-end home décor, home textiles and accessories, an expanded roster of new specialty tabletop resources within the C-ONE cross-category showcase,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers.

Scott Eckman, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Furniture Leasing, added, “The Las Vegas Market's overall momentum and new cross-category synergies are fueling unprecedented gains in our furniture leasing. A number of new furniture suppliers are joining the Market and leading furniture suppliers already established in Las Vegas are expanding their showrooms, further strengthening Las Vegas Market's positioning as the leading furniture, home decor and gift destination in the western United States.

The accelerated launch of C5 - originally planned for Summer 2015 - further extends the Market's boutique home accessory offerings, including the newly confirmed multi-line representative Collective Home, taking a 2,201-square-foot showroom to present merchandise from CindaB, Creative Candles, Floating Circus, Home Source, Primitive Artisan, Shelley Kyle, The Ivy Guild and Zesst. Other charter participants for the C5 launch: Amity Home, Auskin, Cat Studio, Chive, Dynasty, Fleet Classic, Gold Leaf Design, Mitchell Black, Peacock Park, Pheromone, Sugarboo, The Pillow Bar, Tommy Mitchell, Watson & Co. and Woven Workz.

Specialty tabletop resource growth continues in January with the first-time participation by industry leaders, such as Mary Jurek Designs and Mariposa, joining a strong roster of additional new participants on C-ONE. Mary Jurek Designs will showcase its highly styled stainless steel gift and tabletop products in a 400-square-foot space; and Mariposa is opening a 1,449-square foot showroom, presenting its handcrafted glassware and recycled aluminum serveware, frames and home décor items.

Other notable additions and expansions on C-ONE are Accent Décor, which is relocating to a 9,926-square-foot showroom, adding 2,500-square-feet and featuring a selection of tabletop, glass, decorative accessories, garden and gift merchandise; Couleur Nature & Lothantique, relocating from temporary space into a 446-square-foot showroom highlighting linens, tabletop fragrances and gifts; Julia Knight, Inc., taking its first independent showroom in Las Vegas with a 586-square-foot space showcasing tabletop, gifts and jewelry items; Jura, Inc., opening a 1,709-square-foot showroom to spotlight its innovative housewares; Kiyasa Group, taking a 1,623-square-foot showroom to present leading brands including Prouna, Lehmann Glass and Greggio Silver; and tabletop, frame, gift and accessories supplier Olivia Riegel, opening its first West Coast corporate showroom, a 1,709-square-foot space.

Las Vegas Market's well-established furniture category also continues to experience strong leasing gains, including expansions and relocations by industry leaders as well as new-to-market companies.
