Founded in 1998, China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou / Shanghai) (CIFF) has been successfully held for 38 sessions. Every year it takes place in Guangzhou in March and in Shanghai-Hongqiao in September, radiating into the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, the two most dynamic commercial epicenters in China.

CIFF is well received by the furniture industry with its large scale, comprehensive exhibits, broad participation and exquisite quality. Covering 1.15 million square meters throughout the year, CIFF connects the upstream and downstream industry, offering a one-stop solution for home furniture, home decor, home textiles, outdoor furniture, office furniture, commercial furniture, hotel furniture, furniture machinery & raw materials. CIFF hosts over 5000 exhibitors through the year and 70% of China's top furniture brands. The US national pavilion will debut in CIFF Shanghai 2017, displaying exquisite products together with pavilions from Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea and etc. as well as world leading brands from over 30 countries and regions.

  • Trade matching

CIFF receives 250,000 trade visitors from China and abroad. It organizes professional business matchmaking events for exhibitors and trade visitors, creating a strong trade facilitating platform.

  • Fashion maching

Over 300 launching events take place in CIFF, making it the first choice for companies to release the latest products. CIFF works with renowned ecommerce platform to enable 020 exhibit demonstrations, drawing worldwide attention to the new products.

  • Design matching

CIFF 2017 will expand the design section to introduce more original design. It continues to work with renowned Chinese designers to organize the East Design Show, showing the charm of oriental masterpieces. CIFF also partners with American Society of Furniture Designers (ASFD) and High Point Market Authority to set up the ASFD Pinnacle Asian Awards. The awards will be established and announced in March and awards winners will be presented and displayed in September 2017. This enables excellent design in CIFF to break into the U.S. market and translate into business.

  • Technology matching

CIFF shows the latest customized techniques and smart technology, new machines and production modes. In 2017, CIFF will gather over 400 customize furniture brands and 350 smart furniture producers. It will specially set up customized and smart furniture sections in both March and September, expanding the scale of trend-setting products.

  • Soft Decor matching

To promote a sound development of soft loading decoration sector, the home decor section will be expanded into 3 halls. The first edition of China Decoration Design Conference will be held, matching leading decoration brands with renowned interior designers worldwide.

  • Material matching

Covering the entire industry chain, CIFF helps furniture producers find the best materials providers. It also helps material exhibitors find suitable buyers, adding new momentum to furniture manufacturing sector.

  • Media matching

CIFF works with over 1100 media all over the world, including search platforms like google and baidu; social media like facebook, linkedin, instagram and wechat; internet portals such as tencent, sina, netease and sohu; industry media such as Furniture Today, Interior Design, Tradeindia, and etc. CIFF helps exhibitors enhance brand awareness and promote their products through global marketing campaign.
