Art reigns in this interior design in a notary's office in Bilbao designed by Lázaro Estudio. A project that excites from the very beginning as it was born from the union of two well-known notaries from Bilbao: Miguel Ángel Martínez Urroz and Nicolás Almarza Ayarza. So, it was essential to reflect this new beginning through interior design and renovation of the interior space.

The objective to be achieved is to create a social space that welcomes all audiences, due to the purpose of this type of office is to be able to receive the great team of professionals that work in its interior.

To achieve this, the particularities of the building, designed in 1919 by Gregorio Ibarreche, are taken into consideration. The original friezes and mouldings prevailing throughout the interior design, restoring the wooden floor, and incorporating much more contemporary elements in the form of lighting and furniture.

Furniture by Momocca

In the case of the furniture, Lázaro Estudio relies on the Valencian firm Momocca, specifically in the Julia Collection. Julia, thanks to its freedom of configuration, adopts different roles: shelves with wooden panels (natural and black lacquered), sideboards and desk for offices. It also integrates elements of interior design into its own configuration, creating a sober and elegant atmosphere that also fits in with the rest of the elements such as the lighting and the works of art present throughout the Notary's office.

For lighting, the company has chosen Flos, with a set of very sculptural lamps for the most distinct areas. On the other hand, opts for more straightforward and cleaner designs, with lighting on each post giving priority to functionality and comfort for the worker.

Both factors come together to become the backdrop for the large number of works of art that preside over the walls of this notary's office. It also opts for open spaces and windows that give a sensation of spaciousness and transparency.

Thus, Lázaro Estudio oversees giving this notary's office a new air, far from the traditional and often “dark” concept of this type of office. Heros 28 offers the user, in addition to its services, a whole sensorial experience.
