This ironical intervention on the conventional upholstery, designed by Patricia Urquiola for Spanish company Kettal, converts a regular backrest into two independent ‘wraps’ connected by colorful straps.

A graphical aluminum structures frames the protagonist of this chair, the cushions.

This straps are connected to the main structure by the mean of two pins in that can easily be removed, allowing the user to store the cushions during the winter time.

The seat cushion is supported by a semi-transparent micro fabric.
