Brazilian soul in Diz, the armchair designed by Sergio Rodrigues for LinBrasil

2017-04-24

Diz, designed by Brazilian designer Sergio Rodrigues for LinBrasil, is a seating collection that combines sculpture and ergonomics.

Visually lightweight, thanks to the undulating lines, and extraordinarily comfortable, Diz is suitable for any environment – elegant or casual, indoor or outdoor.

Frame in solid beechwood in 5 different tones with varnish finish or in solid Imbuia wood with clear varnish or oil finish.

Seat and backrest of laminated wood with Oak or Imbuia veneer.

LinBrasil. LinBrasil, created by the entrepreneur Gisèle Pereira Schwartsburd, is exclusively dedicated to the work of Sergio Rodrigues and has in its portfolio 56 furniture pieces including the most iconic created by the master throughout his 60 years of work in furniture design.

Sergio Rodrigues. Sergio Rodrigues is one of the foremost exponents of modern furniture in the world, who has developed more than 1,200 projects, during six decades of continuous activity in furniture design.

Sergio Rodrigues, from the very beginning, followed his own path, which turned the expression of Brazilian identity into a deliberate quest. He drew from the colonial tradition and Iberian heritage to forge pieces that met the demands of modernist architecture, however with a strong Brazilian accent.
