Wanna One, marketing, design and interior design studio, presents Ceroconuno, its latest comprehensive project in Madrid. A new concept of beauty space which in-cites “conscious beautification”.

As humans we share 99.9% of our DNA. It is hard to believe judging from what we see in the mirror. But it is true. We are almost identical. We are almost the same. We are only 0.1% different. A tiny percentage that makes diversity possible and from where Wanna One took its power to create and develop the branding and interior design of this new beauty center in Majadahonda.

Penetrating Ceroconuno means starting a “conscious beautification” process. An intimate and vital process that represents the center and consists, in words of Wanna One, in “carrying out a double self-awareness exercise accepting yourself as you are, embracing your singularities so that, at the same time, you can be conscious of how much you share with more than 7 billion people who live on Earth”. To boost this process, the space is bathed in natural light, with cactus and succulent plants laying around which coexist with terrestrial materials such as terracotta.

In Ceroconuno each detail supports the concept and has a reason why. That is why the chromatic range, in addition to relaxing or energizing you depending on the treatments carried out in each area, is used as an expression tool in favor of diversity. While the comma in 0,1 is used as an architectural element that balances the whole. As seen in the hairdressing area or in the middle of the reception arch. Precisely the latter, which is also bicolor and alludes to Yin and Yang to remember, once again, that beauty is the communion of the soul and the body.

From an experiential point of view, Ceroconuno seeks to make you feel at peace, to connect with your inner self, but also with those around you. That is why the zoning of Wanna One is committed to maintaining the balance between privacy and community. All the while being aware that there are moments and rituals that require privacy, but also others that are better shared. As, for example, manicures and pedicures. These areas are redesigned to favor the connection between people, thanks to a table shaped in perfect symmetry with the bench of the pedicure area, which has also been raised in ergonomic terms to improve the body posture of employees and customers.

Ceroconuno is the result of the remodeling of an obsolete beauty center of more than 300 sqm. Due to a reduced budget and the urgency of reopening to the public, the work will be carried out in two phases based on a very experiential zoning proposal that revolves around the client and the 18 employees. In the first phase, we focused on the priority areas. The second phase takes into account the creation of a bar area, a multifunctional area dedicated to emotional wellness, a private diagnostic area and another for product exhibition.
