A brass watering can and brass and ceramic plant pots that respond to the growing desire to bring plants, greenery and life into our homes or workspaces with beautiful objects that encourage us to take care of them

The renowned British designer, Ilse Crawford, created a pots and watering can collection for Swedish company firm Skultuna, that are a daily reminder to attend to our plants. In particular the watering can celebrates and elevates what can be a tedious task, bringing happiness through repeated use. Brass has been chosen to reflect light and its surroundings. Ceramics in black, green and chocolate create a earthy foil for your pet plants. These materials will age beautifully and witness ‘time’ in their appearance.

Ilse Crawford is a designer, academic and creative director with a simple mission to put human needs and desires at the centre. As founder of Studioilse, together with her multi-disciplinary, London-based team, she brings her philosophy to life. After studying at Bedford College in England, she worked at an architectural firm and for Architects Journal before being recruited to ELLE Decoration UK magazine. After a short period at the magazine Bare Magazine, Crawford started her own design studio in London in 2001. Among other things, Ilse Crawford has designed the restaurant Mathias Dahlgren and the Hotel Ett Hem in Stockholm, Soho House in New York, Cecconi's in London and the Hong Kong restaurant Duddell's.
