Preview Feria Habitat Valencia: New lighting collections designed by Nacho Timón for Massmi

Spanish lighting company Massmi, prepare its presence at Feria Habitat Valencia, to be held from 11 to 14 February 2014, introducing Lamparella, Minima and Minimate new collections, designed by Nacho Timón, and the Bobby collection, designed by company's studio.

LAMPARELLA by Nacho Timón

Table luminaire is remarkable for the simplicity of its shape and construction, but it is functional, thoughtful and classic, without being boring. Designed without legs, sleek finish and clean lines, is a flat folding 90 degrees itself, creating the illusion that the table is floating.

MINIMA by Nacho Timón

The minimum is defined by its quasi-sculptural design. Nacho Timon found his inspiration on a sheet of A4 paper. Consequently, this piece is the result of a minimum starting point that gives what at first sight is not guessed, a piece of simple and functional multipurpose which comes in a range of colors and can be used alone or in conjunction with additional more minimal, combining colors and positions.

Minima can be combined with a huge variety of colored wires, which gives it a very personal and customizable character to any space and decor. Choose yours!

MINIMATE by nacho Timón

One of the most complex design goals has always been to reach an absolute simplicity, eliminating the superfluous to leave the essence of useful and simple object. So with the Minimate, sister of the minima in principle starting.

Also resulting from folding a flat surface that forms the base, to which he has built a small head screen. Colorful and functional that gives a touch of humor, also much needed in the world today, and in particular objects.

BOBBY by Massmi Studio

The BOBBY lamp is an update of Danish design created in 1968 as a reaction against the ‘cozy era’ that ruled Denmark in the time.

The idea was to debug, clean lines and a geometric shape. Bobby is a unique suspension lamp, based on two quarter circles together, back to back. With its lightness of form and unique, timeless design, this elegant lamp and achieved great success in 1980.
