Despite the ongoing diversification of values among people living in the present age, a lot of people still cherish comfort of life as it has always been.Ichiro Iwasaki.

Japanese designer Ichiro Iwasaki explores ideas connected with continuity and comfort through this collection of lamps for VIBIA. The PIN collection is conceived as a new interpretation on the ambient and task lighting lamp perfectly compatible with both traditional and contemporary interior spaces.

The physical elements of the lamp collection have been re-imagined to address the new realities of LED technology. The base, a rounded metal disc volume becomes a counter weight, the supporting column a slender pin while the shade responds to the scale of the LED diode, because it simply doesn’t need to be any larger.

Functional and minimalist, its design is both contemporary and classical, the counter point of thin line and heavy disk is eminently intuitive. The deliberately neutral approach makes the PIN collection easy to integrate within any ambience of the home whether it be the living room, study or bedroom.

The PIN collection is available in floor, table and wall versions, in white, black, cream and green matt finish.
