Gan turns into side tables the award winning trays collection Mix&Match designed by Flavia del Pra

Spanish design brand GAN RUGS will be added this season four brand new side tables to the award winning MIX&MATCH collection, designed by Brazilian artisan Flavia del Pra. Fresh and unconventional, the side tables take on the innovative combination of metal and ceramic tiles that popularised the trays of the same collection, which last year won the Best of Year (BoY) Award in the Accessories category.

Del Pra, who has been working with ceramics and tiles for over 20 years, likes to play with geometric motifs that allow users to mix shapes and colours in order to come up with their own customised creations. This is the inspiration behind the collection's original name, MIX&MATCH.

This approach off ers endless options for the customisation of individual spaces.

The designer explains that each piece is truly unique: “I produce the tiles myself in my studio, everything is made by hand, with love and care”.

The complete collection includes nine tray models that may be used for serving food and drinks, or for displaying plants, art or any other object that users would like to highlight, as well as four new side tables that lend a sophisticated and bright touch to any corner.
