Atelier Marko Brajovic designs new Camper store in Melbourne with 30.000 red shoelaces hanging

The studio based in São Paulo, Atelier Marko Brajovic has carried out the interior design project of the new Camper in Melbourne, Australia. 30.000 red shoelaces are hanging from its ceiling evoking a wave that washes the coast of this city.

They explains us, "For Camper Together project, we discovered our inspiration in traditional folkloric Brazilian festivities, where involving environments are created by dense layers of colored stripes. With this concept we implements in our space an immersive, sensitive and scenographic experience, where the visitors are the everyday actors. Through the construction strategy with shoe laces we modeled different ceiling shapes adapted for each store. In this store, we used a wave as a model, mapped from Melbourne seashore"
