Erasmus University Rotterdam is a research University and internationally recognised for its high quality teaching. In 2007 the University launched a master plan to modernise and increase the capacity of the Woudestein campus. A master plan was drawn up to re-organise the layout of the University and separate the built up zone of the University from a greener zone with open spaces for students to enjoy.

Every day, the Charles de Gaulle international airport in Paris welcomes thousands of passengers, who are often in a hurry, and the facility needs to cope with chaotic conditions at times. Terminal 2F recently unveiled a brand new entrance hall, consisting of three pillars, all entirely made of HI-MACS®. Marc Fidelle, and Andrei David, architects from the Paris Airport Engineering and Architectural Management were looking for a hard-wearing material, which could satisfy the needs relating to public premises.

Located in the heart of the Zayed University campus in Abu Dhabi, the new Campus Library was designed by Hadi Teherani, an internationally renowned architect from Germany. AHK Interiors was awarded the joinery works for the new Abu Dhabi campus and they specified American walnut throughout the whole library, chosen for its dark earthy colour and strong aesthetic presence.

The new Caterina Albert public library, located in the former Alchemika plastics factory in the Sant Marti district of Barcelona, is the work of Oliveras Boix Arquitectes. Mobles 114 has been working closely with architects Nuria and Jordi Oliveras, following their concept and the uniqueness of the project, by providing technical design services and facilitating decision-making on the necessary equipment for a public space of these features.
